Missy came to us from Heidi Sailing of Coattails Mini Aussies, and we have been thrilled to watch her mature into a stunning red merle female. Missy comes from "royal" champion blood lines. Her grandsire is international champion Southern Cross Check My Label, and her full brother, Coattails Lil Red Ryder, was the 2009 TASAA National Champion Bred Buy Puppy. Missy’s greatest asset is her movement, which is fluid with beautiful reach and extension. Her solid structure makes her especially well suited for competition in obedience and agility.
Missy excels in her competition classes not only due to her structure but also because of her drive. She loves to work, and is always eager to please. Missy is very loyal and trusting of our family, making her the ideal working dog. Her personality is truly one in a million, and she is the clown in our household. Missy has been spayed, and will be focusing on her career in agility. She recently earned her MACH title! She is currently ranked among the top five Miniature American Shepherds in the country, and was invited to attend the 2013 AKC Agility Invitational in Florida.
